MADRIX AURA creates and saves logfiles directly on the SD card.

Our technical support may request that you send in such small text files via e-mail in order to help you with any requests you might have.

A maximum of 10 files is managed.

 

 

Troubleshooting

MADRIX AURA devices with Model: AURA V1.0 [see label on the device] and Hardware 1.05 [see the web configuration under Information > Device Information > Hardware] may run into compatibility issues in rare cases when connecting over USB 3.0 to update the device firmware via the MADRIX 5 Device Updater / MADRIX 5 AURA Updater. In case of problems, try the firmware update over Art-Net instead.
