How To Test DMX512 Interfaces
Please follow these steps to see if your interface works correctly with MADRIX:
1] Connect the interface you want to test with your computer.
2] Make sure that Windows recognizes the interface and that all necessary drivers have been installed correctly.
3] Start MADRIX.

Third Parties
All interfaces that are fully compatible with Art-Net [Art-Net I, Art-Net II, Art-Net III] will work with MADRIX. Support is defined by compatibility with Art-Net and not limited to specific brands.
How To Test Art-Net Interfaces
Please follow these steps to see if your interface works correctly with MADRIX:
1] Set up the correct network settings in Windows.
2] Connect the interface you want to test with your computer via network.
3] Start MADRIX.
4] Activate Art-Net in MADRIX and add your devices.
