Introduction

The MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Quick Support is provided along with this software.

Instructions

When contacting the MADRIX Support Team, you may be asked by them to use the MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Quick Support tool for technical support assistance on your computer.

Click on the shortcut in order to launch it [see below where to find it].

After the tool has been launched, wait until an online connection has been established and a white checkmark on green background is shown.

The MADRIX Support Team will then be able to connect to your computer.
For confirmation purposes, you might need to communicate 'Your Address', as shown above.

A new message window opens that reads: 'Session request received. () would like to view your desk'.
Please confirm by clicking Accept in the bottom left corner

The MADRIX Support Team will now be connected.

 

 

Where To Find

MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Quick Support is included in the MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Installer. After installing the software, you can find the link to MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Quick Support in the Windows Start menu:

In Windows 11, go to Start > All >MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER > MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER Quick Support

The original, executable program can be found in the software's installation directory:

C:\Program Files\MadrixHardwareManager
