SCE Fire

The SCE Fire effect renders a colored fire.

Mode Selection ButtonThe effect has two modes "Fire" and "Flames". Use this button to select which mode you want to use.

SCE Fire Example

As always, the input field "BPM" sets the speed of the fire. You may enter a value between 1 and 9999. With "Height" you can choose the height of the fire. The flames height can be adjusted from 1 to 32.

Arrow Buttons Four arrow buttons allow you to decide where the fire should have its starting point. If you want the fire effect's direction to be from bottom to top, press the upward arrow, for example.

Fire Mode

The effect area includes several presets for this effect. Different color variations are set by using the buttons "RG", "RB", "GR", "GB", "BR", and "BG". Single colors arise from additive color mixtures via RGB. In this way, flames are displayed shades of red – green (RG), red – blue (RB), green – red (GR), green – blue (GB), blue – red (BR), and blue – green (BG).

Flames Mode

Use the "Size" slider to adjust the width and height of an individual flame. "Intensity" regulates the size of the fire further.

 

Using the Tap Button for Manual BPM Input

Tap ButtonThe effect includes a special function for setting BPM manually. If you want to attain synchronous movements of effects to the beat of the music, press the "Tap" button. Press this button at least four times in a row according to the beat of the music (1/4 notes). MADRIX will calculate the BPM value subsequently.
